meat curing, grilling, wood fire ovens, and butchery: it is the process behind high quality steaks and the journey through the chef's eyes that lead the design towards a labyrinth of a cow's carcass and anatomy.

the abstraction of the carcass simply became its translation into tactile materials. In terms of the spatial layout, the division between 'singles and 'families' as part of local municipal regulations is taken quite literally in plan. A partition of functional spaces separate, and amplify this division.
