Porterhouse

Modern Steakhouse & Grill

meat curing, grilling, wood fire ovens, and butchery: it is the process behind high quality steaks and the journey through the chef's eyes that lead the design towards a labyrinth of a cow's carcass and anatomy.

the abstraction of the carcass simply became its translation into tactile materials. A partition of functional spaces separate, and amplify this division.
